New Logo and Tagline

After much thought, I wanted to change the logo and the tagline for Q.A.C Team. The new logo better explains what we do. Direction. Just like a compass, we partner with you to help find your way. The tagline change was to stay in line with the logo. One Goal. One Direction. Success. If we all work together towards our goal and focus in the right direction then we will have success.

When you partner with Q.A.C Team and utilize our mystery shopping services with coaching and mentoring, we can create a strong team to work together towards our goals.

Rachel Gaddis Coaching

I met Chuck when I appeared on his podcast as a guest earlier this year. We kept in touch, and I’ve leaned on him a number of times for QA as I’ve launched various ventures.

Chuck is a thorough and thoughtful tester of endeavors small, medium, and large. He checks to see what it is that I’m looking for feedback on or what I want him to test, in case he needs to pay attention to anything in particular, and he nearly always catches something that I missed or didn’t think about.

My business has presented itself so much more professionally as a result of my work with Chuck and QAC Team, and I’m so thankful that our paths crossed. His company offers a unique service, but more important (to me, anyway), is the authentic care and attention that Chuck takes with his clients.
